My name is Bruna, and I am the founder of Kai Blue™ & Co., and wife to my best friend of 23 years, Michael. I am also a homeschooling mom to five amazing kids! We are located in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
I was born and raised in Brazil, where I grew up playing barefoot, free, and in a deep relationship with nature. The dream of designing my own clothing-line started when I was a teen, and I would often draw designs on back pages of my notebooks.
When I became a mom, the desire to expose our children to clean and safe ingredients/environments grew into my passion. From the food they eat, to the clothing they wear, it was my job to ensure that I gave them the best!
After much research I discovered bamboo, possibly the most eco-friendly fiber on the planet. For that reason, I work closely with our manufacturer, making sure that Kai Blue™ brings you the best quality bamboo, showcasing its exceptional softness, comfort and sustainability. Our bamboo, for example, grows with your child as they grow, lasting about four-times longer than other fabrics, making Kai Blue™ pieces long lasting and pass-down-able!
