Nice material but not good customer service

Tried to reach out to customer service about my wrong order and never heard back. The product is great just wish I got the right item.

We did not hear from the customer until we saw the review. Customer ordered 1 Pocket Tee and 1 Pajama Set. We found her phone number through the order and reached out to her. She said she reveived 2 - 2 PC Pajama sets and no Pocket Tee. We then sent the correct Pocket Tee. We asked for a photo of the product, which we never received. She then said the Pocket Tee was the wrong size. We sent the item for the third time, and took video of packaging to make sure it was accurate. She reveived 2 Pocket Tees and 2 Pajama Sets total. We sent a return label, but it was never used, and we never received the returned items. We always answer customers SAME DAY and will always strive to have same day solutions if a problem arises, although this is the only time we have someone receive a wrong size or product.
