Shipping in the United States? Shipping is FREE for you if: 

  Your order is $125 or more

If your purchase do not reach the minimum amount, we will add a small shipping fee to your order at checkout!

Shipping to Canada? 

We ship to Canada  

Orders ship from our warehouse in 1-2 business days. 

Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly. 

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties that may apply on the order. We are not responsible for any such taxes or duties or delays caused by customs.

  

SHIPPING INSURANCE

You can protect your package for a small fee with shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance covers lost, stolen, or damages in transit. It does not cover theft or damages after the tracking shows successfully delivered. Contact info@kaiblueco.com for any questions. 

 

REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days from the original order date*, as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. 

Optional paid priority shipping is not refunded.
